Check me out on a few podcasts this week!

Hey guys! It has been almost two months since my last post - this blogging thing is hard! LOL 

Well, I am just doing a quick pop in to share two podcasts that I had the opportunity to be the guest speaker this week.

First,  check out The Oh Hell No Podcasts...I recorded this a few months after my acquisition of Black Girls RUN!, so I had to tune in myself to see what I had to say! :-)

And, finally I had the chance to catch up with a childhood friend who is doing some great things in NYC and her podcast Beauty & Soul really was fun to do!
